Please take a moment to read our play area rules below before your visit. These guidelines are in place to help keep Teapot & Tumble a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all children, parents, and carers. By entering and using our facilities, you agree to follow our rules and staff instructions at all times. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fun, friendly, and respectful space for everyone.
Play Rules
🧸 Supervision - children remain the responsibility of their parent or carer at all times. Please keep a close eye and actively supervise your little ones while they play.
👶 Who can attend - all adults must attend with a child. Everyone entering the play space (including adults, children and babies) requires a ticket.
🎟️ Bookings - sessions should be booked in advance and bookings are non-refundable, but we’re happy to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
🍼 Food & drink - we kindly ask that only food and drink purchased on site is consumed. This helps us manage allergies safely and supports our small business. Baby milk is of course welcome.
🧩 Safe play - please encourage children to use the equipment safely and with respect for others. If you notice anything that doesn’t look quite right, please let a member of staff know.
⚠️ Safety - we take care to keep the space safe, clean and well-maintained. Children remain the responsibility of their parent or carer at all times, and equipment should be used safely and as intended. While we do our best to minimise risk, we cannot accept responsibility for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or lack of supervision.
👟 Shoes & hygiene - shoes must be removed before entering the play area. Socks must be worn by both adults and children at all times.
🛴 Buggies - due to limited space, buggies can’t be taken into the play area. We do have a small buggy parking area available, but spaces are limited.
🤒 Illness - please do not attend if your child (or you) are unwell. This helps us keep the space safe for everyone.
💛 Kindness & consideration - we’re a shared space for little ones and grown-ups alike - please be mindful of others and help us keep things calm, friendly and enjoyable for everyone.
